Last of the Summer Wine - A Baker's Dozen!

Ten out of thirteen!
Ten out of thirteen!

Attendance numbers continue to grow at this informal gathering. Once again Doctor Duncan's played host to our gathering.

Usually meeting in late winter/early spring and again in mid-summer, the final meeting each year typically coincides with Founders' Day.

With an easy conversation between diverse topics such as school scout trips, Founders' Day, carpet cleaning, post offices, train strikes, and criminality in Liverpool, attendees will not be stuck for conversation.

As no members of Brook's were present, naturally, Brook's was the butt of most jokes.  If you were in Brook's, you must come along and defend the House's honour.

Missing from the "team photo" are Keith Shepherd, Barrie Youde and John Griffiths.

If you fancy good beer, excellent food and some stimulating conversation in an informal place, this is the event for you. Val Barker is our organiser if you wish to contact him; otherwise, keep a lookout for our next event. We will publish details on the "Event" tab (at the top of the page) and send an email invitation a couple of weeks before the event.

Come and join us next time and find out what a good time we all have.
